并请家长于6月10日携带学生出生证明原件及报名表前来学校招生办交费注册。

特别说明：
1.在正式进入报名程序后，请认真填写所有内容，当点击完“报名完成”后，页面会弹出“恭喜您报名成功”同时会有“报名编号”显示，这时网上预约程序才算完成。
2.凡在6月9日网上成功获取报名编号的家长，需在6月10日到我校招生办交费注册，过时不候！
3.家长办理交费注册手续时，请提交以下资料（家长务必在网上自行打印）：
A.报报名表（带有网上报名获得的学位号）一式三份，其中一份要贴上学生近照
B.学生的身份证明（身份证 / 出生证 / 户口本 / 护照）复印件一份，需核对原件
C.业主资料（一定要正本）：祈福售楼部出具的一手楼证明书，房产证或购房合同、学生户口本（或护照）、学生出生证或业主与学生的直属关系证明
·以上资料需交给招生办老师确认签名，然后直接到财务部交费注册。
4.若您子女所报读的班级学位已经预约满额，系统将自动进入“排队等候学位”页面，一旦有学位轮空，我校将按照排位号顺序通知您前来学校办理报名手续（未接到通知的家长无需来学校办理报名手续）。
