3.Parents who have completed the said on-line reservation successfully shall come to our Admission Office for formal registration procedures within two days (working days only) since the said successful day. Late comers will not be served.

4.Documents needed for formal registration:
* Registration Form (with on-line series number) in duplicate, with one of them carrying your child’s recent photo.
* One copy of student information (for Student Care-Dept./ Clinic) in duplicate.
* One copy of Entrance Exam/Interview Notice.
* One copy of Application for School Bus (If needed)
(Please download on-line and print numbers A-D yourself)
* One copy of your child’s identification (ID card, or Residence Certificate, or Passport) and the original one..

The above documents should be confirmed on 9th of May by our Admission staff.
