1.网上注册时间：2014年2月24日（星期一）上午9点开始

打印以下资料：
1、学生报名表（一式两份）
2、学生生活资料（一式两份）
3、“入学测试/面谈”通知书（一式一份）
4、乘坐校巴申请书（若需要乘坐，一式一份）
并请家长于成功报名后二天内携带学生有效身份证明文件原件及复印件前来学校招生办办理报名确认手续，过期不候。

特别说明：
为了使招生工作顺利进行，请各位家长配合我校做好以下几点：
1）由于我校的学位有限，请家长务必仔细阅读本文，和网上注册首页的【如何报名】内容。
2）凡在网上预约报名成功的家长，务必在两天内（不含报名当天，节假日除外）到我校招生办办理正式报名确认手续，
　 过时不候！
　（若未能在指定时间办理正式确认报名手续，视为放弃报名学位）
3）办理正式报名手续时，请提交以下资料
　A 报名表（带有网上报名编号）一式两份，其中一份要贴上学生近照
　B 学生资料（生活部/医疗室）一式两份
　C “入学考试 / 面谈通知书”一份
　D “乘坐校巴申请书”一份（仅限需要乘坐校巴的学生提交）
　（家长务必在网上自行打印以上资料）
　E 学生的身份证明（身份证 / 出生证 / 户口本 / 护照）复印件一份，需核对原件
　* 以上资料需交给招生办老师确认签名

4）招生办老师确认资料后，家长可先行回家，并请按照“入学测试 / 面谈通知书”的指定时间携带子女到校参加面谈或
　考试（小学一年级进行面谈；二年级以上书面测试，择优录取）。
5）若您子女所报读的班级学位已经预约满额，系统将自动进入“排队等候学位”页面，一旦有学位轮空，我校将按照排位
　号顺序通知您前来学校办理报名确认手续（未接到通知的家长无需来学校办理报名手续）。
6）报读国际班的家长请注意，国际部小学至高中（IP1-IP12）只接受持有外国护照或港、澳、台通行证的学生报名！
　（幼儿园不在此范围内）

How to apply

Thank you for on-line reservation of our vacancy for the 2014-2015 school-year. For your and our convenience in student enrollment, please pay attention to the following points:
1）With the limited vacancy for new students considered, you are supposed to read this Attention very carefully and [HELP] on registration homepage.

2）Parents who have completed the said on-line reservation successfully shall come to our Admission Office for formal registration procedures within two days (working days only) since the said successful day. Late comers will not be served.

3）Documents needed for formal registration:
A.Registration Form (with on-line series number) in duplicate, with one of them carrying your child’s recent photo.
B.One copy of student information (for Student Care-Dept./ Clinic) in duplicate.
C.One copy of Entrance Exam/Interview Notice.
D.One copy of Application for School Bus (If needed)
(Please download on-line and print numbers A-D yourself)
E.One copy of your child’s identification (ID card, or Residence Certificate, or Passport) and the original one.
The above documents should be confirmed by our Admission staff.

4）You may then go home and wait until it is time for you to bring your child at the designated time for entrance exam or entrance interview (entrance exam for G2 and above; entrance interview for kindergarten children and G1 pupils).

5）If there is no vacancy in the Grade you are interested, you will enter a “line-up for vacancy” page. For this page, you shall also complete the forms as guided. As long as there is any vacancy available, we will advise you as per the sequence number for registration at our school.

6）Parents interested in our International Program (IP) shall be advised that only students with foreign passports or HK/MO/TW passes are acceptable to our IP1-IP12 (Kindergarten excluded).
